  • At this time, SmartLittleHouse / CoolGreenFloors ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does SmartLittleHouse / CoolGreenFloors ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. AK and HI and remote rural location orders do not ship at our standard shipping rates. All deliveries are considered tailboard deliveries. Purchasers must inspect all merchandise upon delivery. Claims of damage for products after the signed delivery must include conclusive proof of damage in transit and claims must be made within 24 hours and must be made in writing and include digital photographs of the damage for review. SmartLittleHouse reserves the right to use a third party freight inspection service to verify claims and to discount willful damage. Original packaging must remain with the item in order for claims to be considered.

Purchaser may need to provide credit card numbers over the phone to SmartLittleHouse,LLC in order to process refunds as the secure payment system doesnt provide full credit card numbers to the the Seller. Replacement of Damaged Product: Purchaser should open and inspect their product upon delivery and refuse any product that is damaged. OBVIOUS PACKAGE DAMAGE MUST BE OPENED AND INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING. If the client finds damage after delivery they must report it within 48 hours without exception by email to:custsvc@neverleaks.com and supply photos as proof of damage prior to replacement. Under no circumstance is damage a reason for cancellation of an order. Under no circumstance will installed products qualify as damaged. Returns: It is the purchasers responsibility to order the correct product. We accept product returns cheerfully! The purchaser will pay for the outbound shipping as well as the inbound (return) shipping. 1. Purchaser will arrange and pay for return delivery entirely at their own expense. 2. There is a 35% restocking fee for returned product. 3. SmartLittleHouse,LLC will inspect returned product upon delivery. 4. SmartLittleHouse,LLC will not accept deliveries or provide credit for product that is shipped with no signature required at time of delivery. 5. Purchaser accepts responsibility to insure returned product and to take responsibility for settling damage claims with the shipping company on the returned product. 6. Installed or used products cannot be returned. American Clay Hands-On Workshops do not expire and can be transferred or given as gifts. No refunds are allowed since the teachers are booked for these classes when you sign up. Rescheduling is permitted if you call us a minimum of 72 hours before the class.
